Exterior Source Review: 1950s Roof Replacement & Structural Repair
Exterior Source folks, including Jenny, Marie, Nick, Shane, Ashley, Cassidy, and Noah were professional, timely and efficient. I made a number of clarifying calls to their home office and the staff could not do enought for me. I received many texts keeping me posted on the latest status of the price quote, schedule, etc. While my roof was being worked, Nick Montgomery kept me posted on the condition of my home, and he made a number of trips to pick up additional hardware in order to perform a complete and worthy job. My house was built in 1952 and he (and I) knew that additional repairs to the house structure may be in order. Nick, pointed out a number of shortcomings, once the previous roofing materials were removed, that needed attention. The team arrived before sun up (~0645 AM) they worked continually, and they departed just before sundown (~715 PM). There was debris everywhere, but you would never have known that when they were done. I am very pleased with the job and I would recommend Exterior Source to anyone, as I accepted a recommendation from a colleague. Well done!
