Exterior Source Virginia Upgrades Bahama Way Roofing In Chesapeake, Va

"Please review, we had great workers on 3 separate occasions and our Mr Rey was great with opinions and choices. Communications were awesome, stayed on top of everything. Roof, gutters, front door . All of the workers polite, experienced and friendly, the whole time they were there, made we were happy."

"Exterior Source folks, including Jenny, Marie, Nick, Shane, Ashley, Cassidy, and Noah were professional, timely and efficient. I made a number of clarifying calls to their home office and the staff could not do enought for me. I received many texts keeping me posted on the latest status of the price quote, schedule, etc. While my roof was being worked, Nick Montgomery kept me posted on the condition of my home, and he made a number of trips to pick up additional hardware in order to perform a complete and worthy job. My house was built in 1952 and he (and I) knew that additional repairs to the house structure may be in order. Nick, pointed out a number of shortcomings, once the previous roofing materials were removed, that needed attention. The team arrived before sun up (~0645 AM) they worked continually, and they departed just before sundown (~715 PM). There was debris everywhere, but you would never have known that when they were done. I am very pleased with the job and I would recommend Exterior Source to anyone, as I accepted a recommendation from a colleague. Well done!"

"Ray came to my home and told me how the gutters can be replaced, they needed replacing so badly. He even pointed out how the downspout in the back of the home can join with one farther away from the foundation to route water away from pooling at our foundation. He offered to connect a hose to join with the end of an downspout which was under the deck (again to get water away from the foundation). I had looked into two other companies and no one else talked to me about that. Only Ray pointed out those problems and proposed solutions! The secretary was very nice over the phone and they did this job in a day. I drove up after work today to see the job completed and my house looks so much better! Thank you Ray and Exterior Source for the job you did!"

"Nick and his team arrived early , stayed late and were thorough and gracious with their time. No questions were too simple or out of bounds. They treated my property as their own. I had a great experience. I will recommend them to all my team members."

"Exterior Source responded quickly to my request for a quote. Ray arrived on time, and by the end of the visit, there was a sketch and an agreed price. I requested quotes from several other companies that either never responded, responded late, or were no-call, no-show for sales appointments. City of Hampton processed the permit request promptly, and three weeks later, the crew arrived, tore out the old deck, and dug footers in one day. Construction went smoothly. The crew did excellent work. Worth every cent."

"I had my front door and frame and a side door into my garage replaced. They were very old, and not "standard" in a lot of ways. Ross and the entire team were great to work with! Tracy was on site until late in the evening and stayed until we were completely comfortable with our new digital lock. Ross made multiple trips and came back the day after to see how we felt and assist with a few things. Very knowledgeable, detail oriented, friendly, and a great representative for his employer! I would recommend this team any time!"

"We recently had our home exterior completely updated Siding, Windows, Trim, Soffit, Doors, and Gutters by Exterior Source, the experience was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Shaun for his knowledge in the products and for guiding us through the process. A huge thank you to our Project Manager, who was on site throughout the project, always attentive, proactive, and committed and went beyond his scope of work to making sure everything ran smoothly. Having someone consistently present to oversee the work and answer questions made the entire process stress free. The siding crew Bani, Luis, and David did exceptional work. Their craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident every day. The windows and doors were managed by Ross, and the windows were expertly installed by Bob, who did an outstanding job. Finally, Dan and Jay handled the gutters and storm doors, and their workmanship was just as impressive. Every crew treated our home with respect, maintained a clean jobsite throughout the project, and completed their work with zero issues\. It was clear that everyone took pride in the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Exterior Source to anyone looking for a professional company with excellent communication, skilled craftsmen, and top quality results. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product it is a complete transformation that is the standout in the neighborhood thanks to their"
